Utilizing the latest CAD/CAM software, we can easily download electronic files. Software generated programs sent directly to our equipment ensure that parts are precisely made.
Electronic program storage allows us to maintain part histories and quickly make design modifications. On new products or re-designs, we will gladly offer design suggestions for part manufacturability and cost containment.
This partnership approach to manufacturing allows us to provide our customers with cost effective solutions that meet or exceed the specifications of the most demanding industries.
Our talented and resourceful staff has earned us a reputation for superior quality, innovation and reliability within the ...
Our high-speed CNC laser cutting operations produce high quality, “assembly ready” sheet and plate metal parts in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials.
Precision parts are quickly cut from materials as thick as ¾” in mild steel, or 3/8” thick in stainless steel. Automatic load/unload design allows for continuous, unattended production.
Product development software is linked directly to our equipment, insuring a smooth flow of product from start to finish.
Our ISO 9001 certified quality control system insures that precision laser cut parts are consistently accurate and meet stringent customer requirements.
Our state of the art numerically controlled (CNC) punching machine tools are invaluable in obtaining close tolerances with high repeatability.
“Secondary” operations for turret integrated bending, tapping, countersinking and part marking allows for delivering finished parts in one operation, reducing handling and part cost, and likewise increasing first-time quality.
We provide turret punching of small detailed parts as well as heavy gage, large fabrications. Our extensive tooling inventory allows us to keep tooling costs to our customers to a minimum, and it allows us to punch parts with fewer hits, resulting in increased cycle time and a smoother edge finish.
Our CNC brakes with capacity up to 137 tons, and extensive tooling inventory allow us to perform multiple bends in a single handling. This capability allows for delivering finished parts in one operation, reducing handling and part cost, and likewise increasing first time quality.
Our press brakes handle a variety of materials including, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, for parts up to 122” in length. Large open height and ram stroke length allows us to form a wide variety of parts.
High speed ram movement and accurate ram repeatability
Windows based controls provide for transfer of tool setup data, bend sequences, and
Numerous rollers allow us to roll form cylinders and hoppers up to 6’ in length. Our emphasis on sanitary fabrications allows us to provide the food processing industry with rolled stainless steel parts and components used in mixing, baking, canning and batching equipment.
The packaging industry provides us with some of our most challenging rolled projects. Our expertise in this type of forming has allowed us to provide this industry with uniquely shaped funnels, and hoppers, which facilitate product speed and flow.
Our flexible roll forming machines can produce funnels and hoppers in Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloys, Aluminum, Copper, and Brass in thicknesses up to ¼” (mild steel).
Precision welding services for the most demanding applications and industries. With an insistence on maintaining rigid dimensional tolerances and years of experience building heat distortion minimizing fixtures, we ensure conformity and uniformity on even the most challenging of parts.
As value added services to our customers, we also provide precision welded tubular products. Completed weldments can then be sent directly to the end user with no additional handling/packaging.
Our welding services are critical in providing safe and durable fabrications for use in hospitals, clinics, and extended care facilities. In the medical community, our craftsmanship can be found in wash down beds, patient weighing systems and ...
Our on-premises grinding and polishing department is fully equipped to handle simple deburring to #4 and #8-mirror finishing. We also offer sandblast and tumbled finishes to remove weld discoloration and surface imperfections.
We are proud to be a supplier to the pharmaceutical industry where we excel at adhering to stringent standards for precise and sanitary manufacturing. Our precision grinding and polishing processes coupled with our meticulous attention to detail, ensures the purity of the fabrications we supply.
In the laboratory industry where only the highest quality fabrications are acceptable, our finishing capabilities stand out. From carts to cabinets to testing chambers, our high quality fabricated ...
As an added service to our customers, we will gladly provide finishing for parts requiring anodize (including hard coat), chromate, plating, paint (wet and powder), and silkscreening.
Anodizing is a specialty type of metal finishing that employs an electrolytic passivation process to increases the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts. Anodizing allows for better adhesion for paint primers, and increases corrosion and wear resistance over that of the base metal. Over an aluminum base metal, anodizing can also provide an attractive semi-transparent cosmetic finish that is available in a variety of colors including yellow, red, blue and black.
As value added services to our customers we perform mechanical assembly of parts.
To ensure that the end product that leaves our warehouse meets the expectations of our customers, our assembly team follows precisely documented work instructions.
Our assembly tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic drills and small hand tools are inspected daily and calibrated, when required, to conform to ISO quality specifications.
Our current assembly projects include card cages, hospital equipment, and laboratory housings. From carts to cabinets to testing chambers, our high quality fabricated assemblies are found in clean rooms, sterile and high-tech environments.
We are proud to have maintained our ISO certification since 2001. Throughout the years we have made improvements to our systems, constantly striving to keep ourselves at the forefront of our industry. Whatever our customer’s requirements are, we strive for cost efficiency, quick turn-around and a dedication to quality.
In our quality control processes we utilize a Fabrivision flat part scanning system. With it we perform complete first inspections of flat blanks. Errors are corrected early in the production process, eliminating waste and saving time.
In compliance with our ISO quality program, we perform first article as well as final inspections. Our inspection tools, calipers, torque wrenches, counting scales, ...
